The national collaboration service for NHS organisations in England

NHS.net Connect is the national platform for NHS email, communication and collaboration. It provides staff with secure access to email, chat, online meetings, file sharing and more — helping teams work together more easily, whether they are in the same organisation or across different parts of the NHS. NHS.net Connect builds on NHSmail but introduces new tools and services to give organisations greater flexibility, control and support.

Admin Hub

Replacing the NHSmail Portal, the Admin Hub (CoreView) empowers local administrators with enhanced control. It streamlines licence management, automates repetitive tasks, and enables quicker access to new Microsoft features—saving time and improving operational efficiency.

Insights Hub

The new Insights Hub simplifies data management and analytics by offering real-time insights and customisable dashboards, giving organisations greater visibility and smarter decision-making capabilities.

Support Hub

The Support Hub delivers a tailored support experience via a public-facing website and an authenticated platform. It includes personalised notifications, helpful learning resources, updates, and access to both AI-powered chatbot assistance and live support—all in one convenient place.

Innovation Hub

Designed to encourage collaboration and creativity, the Innovation Hub gives staff across the NHS a space to share and develop ideas. With a secure testing environment, innovations can be turned into practical solutions that improve productivity and patient outcomes system-wide.
